    • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All tags, hygiene liners, and packaging must be intact.
    • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
    • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable in the product description.
    • Gift cards.

    Return Process:

    • Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at miamourdt@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
    • Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the swimwear in its original packaging, including all tags and hygiene liners.
    • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
